AI can answer questions using your product information and internal documents. With authorised access and the required integrations, it can also help manage bookings, update client records and organise photos. In the Dermatriz example, staff issue instructions through WhatsApp to reduce repeated data entry. External replies, sensitive data and important actions still require appropriate permissions and human review.
Allow around 2–4 weeks for a focused AI proof of concept, or 6–12 weeks for an application integrating a business knowledge base, WhatsApp or CRM, once requirements and source materials are ready. Development is quoted according to features, data preparation and integration scope. Ongoing AI model, WhatsApp and hosting charges are itemised separately. Extensive data preparation or specialist requirements need a separate schedule.
Corporate websites start from HK$30,000. As an initial planning guide, allow HK$30,000–100,000 for a website or membership platform, and around 6–8 weeks for a website redesign. Membership, subscriptions, payments, access controls, dedicated UI design and data migration affect cost and timing. Apps and AI systems are quoted separately, with third-party and ongoing usage charges itemised.
Not necessarily. If your system offers suitable APIs and access permissions, we may retain it and add AI queries, WhatsApp actions or specific modules. Without an API, we first assess data export options and technical limitations before deciding whether part of the system needs rebuilding.
For an app with login, membership, content browsing and a basic admin backend, allow around 8–16 weeks for design, development and testing, excluding app store review. Payments, live messaging, multiple user roles or integration with existing systems usually take longer. We confirm milestones after reviewing the requirements.
With a content management backend, you can generally update articles, images and the agreed product or service fields without a developer. New page layouts, business rules and system features are development work. We document editable areas and provide an operational handover.
Technical maintenance generally covers system updates, backups, security checks and issues with delivered functions. New modules, redesigns and additional integrations are quoted separately. Hosting, domains and WhatsApp or AI API usage charges are itemised in the quotation with their billing cycles.
